One of the many challenges that we face as a growing cheese company is effective communication
with those individuals and businesses that purchase and sell our cheese. We have seasonal
products, limited quantities and an evolving family of products. How do we keep those who are
sharing our cheese with the broader community in the communication loop, providing real time
customer service when and where it is needed? We believe we have found the answer, or at least

We are excited to announce the establishment of the Willapa Hills Farmstead & Artisan Cheese
Group on LinkedIn. This group is for anyone purchasing or selling Willapa Hills Cheese through
distribution or wholesale accounts. This includes chefs, cheese mongers, cheese buyers, specialty
store staff, sales representatives, distributors and wholesalers.
This group will be used to: Introduce new products; Update seasonal product availability; Share
information about product care and storage; Answer questions related to wholesale sales and
distribution; Share useful and interesting information about our family farm, Grade A sheep dairy,
livestock and creamery; General customer service.
