Shipping Information
During our initial period of operation, all orders will be shipped via UPS once a week
on Monday unless you are otherwise notified. Orders must be received by noon on
Sunday in order to be shipped on Monday.

The cost of packaging is included in the price of the cheese. The actually shipping
charge is calculated separately at check-out by UPS based on the combined weight
of the cheese and packaging.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Our cheese is packed with frozen gel ice in insulated boxes. Please be aware that it
is imperative that someone be available to receive the cheese when it arrives -
especially during the warm summer months. We DO NOT guarantee cheese that has
been left unattended once delivered.
We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure that your
shipping address are accurate. Address correction fees will be charged if assessed
by UPS. Do not enter PO Boxes for shipping purposes - UPS will only deliver to
physical street addresses.
We do not require a signature upon delivery. Some recipients may have a "signature
release only" policy on file with UPS. Willapa Hills is not responsible for damaged or
expired cheese if shipments are deemed undeliverable due to such a policy.
