Overview
Washington State "Grade A" dairy and licensed dairy
processor.   We are in our third year of commercial
production, making a diverse line of sheep and cow
milk cheeses with a particular passion for blue
cheese.

Our flock of sheep are raised on pasture year-round
without exposure to pesticides, commercial fertilizers
or growth hormones. Our feed is free of animal
byproducts and our grass hay is locally grown.  We
purchase our cow milk from a local family cow dairy
that shares our commitment to wholesome natural
milk.

Willapa Hills Internships are generally three months
long. Internships involve many aspects of farm and
creamery operations and seek to give interns a
unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a
working farm, dairy and creamery.
