cultures and enzymes
Shelf Life: Two or three months from portioning and/or wrapping
depending on personal preference

Storage: To extend shelf life refrigerate in original packaging or
other breathable wrap.  Natural rind cheeses should never be
kept airtight.

Favorite Uses: Enjoy plain with wine and crackers, pair with melt
over stuffed peppers, make a grilled cheese sandwich or let your
imagination run wild!
