Age: Over 90 days

Ingredients: Sheep milk, cow milk, salt, mold (gluten free),
traditional rennet, cultures and enzymes

Shelf Life: Two to three months from portioning and/or wrapping
depending on personal preference

Storage: To extend shelf life refrigerate in original packaging or
other breathable wrap.  Natural rind cheeses should never be
kept airtight.

Favorite Uses: Enjoy plain with wine and crackers, melt into a
cream based pasta sauce or let your imagination run wild!
