Ingredients: Cow milk, salt, mold (gluten free), traditional rennet,
cultures and enzymes

Shelf Life: One to two months from portioning and/or wrapping
depending on personal preference

Storage: To extend shelf life refrigerate in original packaging or
other breathable wrap.  Natural rind cheeses should never be
kept airtight.

stuffed peppers, make a grilled cheese sandwich or let your
